Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to feel great in your Cocoon piece. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

Please take a moment to read our sizing guide. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to get in touch—we're always happy to help with measurements or fit advice.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please email us with your invoice number within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll get back to you within two working days with the next steps.

Return Conditions

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or fit issues
  • The store credit will apply to the product purchase price only (excluding shipping, if applicable)
  • Purchases made with store credit are treated as new orders and standard shipping rates may apply
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Proof of purchase may be required
