They call it the cocoon stage: the moment a caterpillar suspends itself from a branch, wrapped in stillness as profound transformation quietly unfolds within. Metaphorically, it's a time to turn inward; to pause, reflect, and reimagine. A moment of change that asks us to release what no longer serves us, and gently guides us toward what truly does.

Born from a Pause

Cocoon was born from one of those pauses: a time of travel, inner exploration, and awakening. While wandering through the vivid landscapes of Nepal and India, surrounded by colour, craft, and the wisdom of handmade traditions, a seed of creativity began to take root. What started as a personal detour soon became a vibrant project woven from intuition, connection, and collaboration.

Designed Between Worlds

Our garments are designed between worlds, and handcrafted in India in close partnership with skilled artisans. We travel regularly to work side by side with our tailoring teams: choosing fabrics, refining cuts, and sharing stories and chai, ensuring each piece reflects our values of quality, ethics, and care. Every Cocoon creation is infused with the essence of slowness, joy, and responsible production.

An Expression of Freedom

Cocoon is an expression of freedom, of dressing in ways that feel true: playful, flowing, bold or soft, always comfortable. Each piece invites you to wrap yourself in something that feels good on the skin and uplifts the spirit, crafted to accompany you on your own journey of becoming.
