Your Cocoon piece is prepared with care, and we’ll process your order as quickly as possible.
Once payment is received, orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During sale periods or busy seasons, dispatch time may extend by 2–3 business days — thank you for your patience.

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete payment.

$8 NZD flat rate on orders under $150
Delivery usually arrives within 3–5 business days.

AUSTRALIA

$15 NZD flat rate on orders under $250
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch.

For international orders, all duties, VAT, and import fees will be paid by the customer.

If you need support for your country specifically, feel free to contact us.

Once an international order has been placed, we’re generally unable to change sizes, swap items, or edit details. If something needs adjusting, contact info@thecocoonway.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel ships.
