Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and joyful in your Cocoon piece.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on full-priced items.

How to request a return

Email us at info@thecocoonway.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number.
We’ll reply within two working days with the next steps.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

full-priced

unworn and unwashed

free of stains, perfume, or damage

in original condition with all tags attached

sent back within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome on full-priced items, subject to availability

Return shipping to us is at the customer’s cost

For New Zealand customers, we’ll cover shipping of the replacement item back to you


Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days at info@thecocoonway.com with photos and details.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.
(This does not include general wear and tear.)
